Srinagar: Indian police conducted raids and search operations at the residences of Jamaat-e-Islami and Hurriyat members in Srinagar district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian police, acting under the New Delhi-installed administration and invoking black laws with impunity, targeted several houses belonging to Hurriyat and Jamaat leaders.<\/p>\n

The raids were carried out at the residences of martyred Hurriyat leader Ashraf Sehrai in Baghat, senior Hurriyat leader Mushtaq Ahmad Butt in Batamaloo, jailed leader Mehrajuddin Kalwal in Hamza Colony, Kanihama, and Zameer Ahmad Sheikh in Gulshan Nagar, Nowgam area of Srinagar.<\/p>\n

During the operations, Indian police seized property papers, bank documents, and religious literature from the searched houses.<\/p>\n
