New Delhi: Four men from Bihar state of India were shot dead in a so-called encounter by a team of Delhi Police in the Rohini area of New Delhi.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, police claimed that the four men \u2014 identified as Ranjan Pathak, Vimlesh Mahto, Manish Pathak, and Aman Thakur \u2014 were wanted in multiple cases of murder and extortion in Bihar. The police said the accused had been hiding in Delhi for several days before being tracked down.<\/p>\n

A senior police officer stated that the encounter occurred when the suspects allegedly opened fire on the police team, prompting retaliatory fire. All four sustained injuries and were shifted to a hospital in Rohini, where doctors declared them dead on arrival.<\/p>\n
