However, India landed its troops and occupied Junagarh through sheer aggression, disregarding the will of its Muslim-majority population and the principles of justice and self-determination.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers and political analysts reiterated that Pakistan has a rightful claim on Junagarh based on a legitimate accession, and emphasized that only the people of Junagarh have the right to decide their political future.
