According to Kashmir Media Service, visiting Drugmulla, Kupwara, Mehbooba stressed that while the guilty must be held accountable, ordinary Kashmiris should not bear the brunt of collective punishment.<\/p>\n

Mehbooba expressed deep concern over the circumstances that led to the Nowgam Police Station blast, questioning how such a large quantity of explosives was transported from Delhi and criticizing lapses in utilizing professional oversight, which put policemen and officials at unnecessary risk.<\/p>\n

She demanded an immediate and thorough inquiry into the incident, calling for clarity and accountability.
