He was immediately shifted to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated an investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a pre-dawn blaze damaged several rooms of the Outpatient Department (OPD) building of JVC Hospital in Bemina, Srinagar.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said that no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident.
