London: London-based British Kashmiri entrepreneur leader Chaudhry Muhammad Khalid, while condemning Indian State terrorism in IIOJ&K, has said that the increase in India\u2019s state terrorism in occupied Jammu and Kashmir\u2014including arrests, house raids, and state oppression\u2014can further destabilize the peace of the region.<\/p>\n
According to Kashmir Media Service, referring to the report of UN experts, he said while talking to media in London that after the suspicious Pahalgam incident, the oppression by Indian forces had intensified dangerously, said a message released to the media here.<\/p>\n
The arrest of thousands of Kashmiris, detentions under the brutal UAPA, torture, denying detainees access to their families and lawyers, demolition of homes, forced evictions, communication blackouts, and restrictions on journalistic activities are all the worst examples of Indian state repression.<\/p>\n
He particularly condemned India\u2019s attempt to falsely implicate a Kashmiri in the Delhi blast, calling it shameful and dangerous. He said that India was trying to mislead global public opinion and link the legitimate struggle of Kashmiris with terrorism through false cases, fake accusations, and propaganda.<\/p>\n
Chaudhry Muhammad Khalid described the actions as \u201copen state terrorism\u201d and \u201ccollective punishment of the Kashmiri people.\u201d<\/p>\n
He said that India\u2019s purpose behind these false accusations, forced detentions, and house demolitions is to silence Kashmiris and weaken their movement for right to self-determination, but India cannot crush the Kashmiri freedom spirit through oppression.<\/p>\n
He urged international human rights organizations, the United Nations, the OIC, Amnesty International, and Human Rights Watch to immediately take action against India\u2019s criminal acts, establish an international commission to investigate the inhuman violations committed by occupying Indian forces, and provide protection to Kashmiris.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
