According to Kashmir Media Service, Chowdhary Mohammad Ramzan speaking during his maiden address after being elected to the Indian Upper House, said that despite elections held in October 2024 and the formation of a new government, it was not being allowed to function independently.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur government has nothing in its hands. All the power is in the hands of the LG. Orders flow from there,\u201d he said. He said if it has no powers to work, what is the purpose of the elected government?<\/p>\n
