Both balloons were lying in open agricultural land and have been seized for investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities are probing the circumstances under which the balloons reached the occupied territory.<\/p>\n<p>Observers note that while India\u2019s militarized approach, combined with heightened vigilance, plays a role in preventing immediate escalations, the long-term situation remains fragile.
