Srinagar: Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir Congress chapter president Tariq Hameed Karra has condemned the seating arrangement of India\u2019s Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge in the third row during the Republic Day celebrations in Delhi, calling it “highly unfortunate” and a breach of established protocol.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, Karra emphasized that the Leader of Opposition should always be seated in the front row, citing precedent.<\/p>\n
