According to Kashmir Media Service, experts say that India is using its citizens abroad in a systematic strategy to gain access to sensitive information, which is of great concern to Western policymakers.<\/p>\n

According to reports by international broadcasting organizations, Madhu Gautamkula, the interim head of the US cyber defense agency Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, uploaded sensitive government documents to an AI application. These documents were in the For Official Use Only category. After this incident, there has been a wave of concern in the US Department of Homeland Security and an investigation into the matter is underway.<\/p>\n

Madhu Gautamkula hails from the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh and is serving as the interim head of CISA during the Trump administration.<\/p>\n

According to international reports, this is not the first time that people of Indian origin have been accused of leaking sensitive data or espionage. In October last year, Indian-American strategist Ashley J. Telles was arrested, from whose house more than 1,000 classified and top-secret US defense documents were recovered.<\/p>\n

A pattern has been emerging for a long time in which Indian citizens have been found involved in defence projects, secret information and access to cyber systems.<\/p>\n
