Srinagar: Every right of the Kashmiri people, including the right to life and freedom of expression, has been snatched by the Indian BJP regime, which has created such an atmosphere of fear and terror that people feel suffocated and caged in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, analysts and political experts said that in the tense environment prevailing in the occupied territory, the lives, dignity, and freedom of Kashmiris are at the mercy of the brutal establishment headed by Indian Home Minister Amit Shah and installed Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.<\/p>\n

They said it has become routine for Indian forces, including the army, paramilitary, and police, to subject people in IIOJK to arbitrary detentions, harassment, and torture during cordon and search operations and house raids. They added that human rights violations by Indian forces have reached alarming proportions since the BJP regime\u2019s illegal and unilateral actions of August 5, 2019.<\/p>\n

They maintained that the RSS-backed Indian BJP government is suppressing all dissenting voices in the territory by using draconian laws against those who challenge its arbitrary and brutal actions.<\/p>\n

The analysts and political experts stressed that Narendra Modi and his cohorts must be held accountable for trampling the fundamental rights of the people. They lamented that the world\u2019s silence over the grim situation in IIOJK is emboldening New Delhi to systematically intensify repression in the territory, with repressive measures designed to crush the people\u2019s freedom aspirations.<\/p>\n

They said the Indian military and police, along with non-Kashmiri bureaucrats, are ruling occupied Jammu and Kashmir in an undemocratic manner, while the people are being suppressed for raising their voices in support of their inalienable right to self-determination.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
