The troops used chemical weapons to burn the bodies of the martyred youth beyond recognition. Civilians, including government employees, are being interrogated and labelled as Over Ground Workers, creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation throughout the district.<\/p>\n<p>Similar search operations continue in Doda, Udhampur, and Kathua districts.
