New Delhi: Amid the ongoing tension between Iran and Israel, an incident of targeting a commercial ship bound for India in the Strait of Hormuz has come to light, which some experts are seeing as a possible response from Iran.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Thai cargo ship Mayuri Nari was targeted by a projectile in the important sea passage of the Strait of Hormuz. <\/p>\n

According to news agency Reuters, the ship was carrying goods to the Indian city of Gujarat. The ship caught fire after the attack and its engine room was severely damaged, but several crew members were evacuated to safety. <\/p>\n
