The youth had been arrested under of the draconian law Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).<\/p>\n<p>An official described the GPS tracker anklet as a wearable electronic device secured around the ankle, capable of real-time location tracking to enforce compliance with bail conditions. However, legal observers view the measure as excessive and intrusive.<\/p>\n<p>The individuals subjected to the tracking include Mool Raj, a resident of Malhar; Layiket Ali from tehsil Billawar; and Maqbool, a resident of Kathua district.
