Islamabad: former President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and former Ambassador of Pakistan to the United States Masood Khan, has underscored Pakistan\u2019s growing role as a credible and effective mediator in the escalating tensions between the United States and Iran.<\/p>\n
According to Kashmir Media Service, Masood Khan in an interview on the evolving regional situation emphasized that Pakistan\u2019s diplomatic strength lies in its balanced and trusted relations with both Washington and Tehran, as well as its deep-rooted engagement with Gulf countries. He noted that this unique positioning enables Islamabad to act as a reliable conduit for sensitive and high-stakes diplomacy. \u201cPakistan is not merely a back-channel facilitator; it is emerging as a lead mediator with proven credibility,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
