He criticized the JMC authorities, pointing out that garbage often flows into the river Tawi, street lights remain non-functional, and sanitation standards in Jammu East and West constituencies are poor.<\/p>\n<p>Dimple warned that damaged roads are a major cause of accidents, particularly for two-wheelers, which often slip on pothole-ridden streets. He urged authorities to immediately repair key city roads and construct a four-way circular ring road to ease congestion.
