Islamabad: A US report has reframed the security discourse in South Asia, highlighting Pakistan as the primary victim of global terrorism rather than its perpetrator.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, the report reveals that Pakistan suffered 4,001 fatalities in 2025, the highest in eleven years, with groups like ISKP (4,000-6,000 fighters) and TTP operating from Afghan soil to destabilize the country.<\/p>\n
