Srinagar: Continuing with its anti-Kashmir colonial agenda, the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Indian regime has demolished and attached properties of Kashmiris in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Indian police, under the BJP\u2019s LG Manoj Sinha, seized, attached, and demolished commercial property of Mukhtar Ahmad in Pulwama district in the name of the anti-narcotics campaign under the NDPS Act. The other four properties, including residential houses of Rayees Ahmed Dar, Sabzar Ahmad Dar, Mudasir Ahmed, and Zahid Ahmad in Bijbehara area of Islamabad district, were also attached under the black law.<\/p>\n

The move is part of a broader strategy of the BJP government to weaken the Kashmiris\u2019 economy and spirit for the demand of Azaadi promised by the international community through United Nations resolutions.<\/p>\n

Since the violation of international laws by the Indian government and the illegal revocation of IIOJK\u2019s special status in August 2019, the Indian BJP government has confiscated hundreds of properties belonging to Kashmiris, citing various pretexts. This ongoing campaign is widely seen as an attempt to economically destabilize Kashmiris and alter the territory\u2019s demographic composition by settling non-Kashmiris on their land.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
