Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian administration, continuing the process of occupying the houses and lands of Kashmiris, has seized immovable property worth crores of rupees of two people in Srinagar district.<\/p>\n
According to Kashmir Media Service, the police, on the orders of New Delhi-imposed Governor Manoj Sahna, seized two-storey residential houses built on one kanal of land each of Shakeel Ahmed Ganai and Farooq Ahmed Mir, residents of Noor Bagh area of Srinagar. The total value of the houses is said to be Rs 5 crore.<\/p>\n
It is noteworthy that since the revocation of IIOJK\u2019s special status in August 2019, the Modi regime has intensified its colonial agenda in the territory. Confiscation of homes, businesses, and land under various pretexts has become a systematic tool of repression.
