Maulana Tauqeer Raza has been lodged in jail since September 27 last year, after being arrested in Bareilly on September 26 over an \u201cI Love Mohammad\u201d poster.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint against the Muslims was filed by a Hindutva Hindu resident, Vikas.
