Islamabad: Speakers at a webinar hosted by the \u201cJ&K Accession to Pakistan Forum\u201d urged the international community to address ongoing atrocities in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and press India to grant Kashmiris their right to join Pakistan, saying India violated the 1947 partition formula by landing troops in Srinagar.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, former AJK Minister Ms. Farzana Yaqoob said India\u2019s decision to initiate war in 2025 was a strategic miscalculation that ended in humiliating defeat. \u201cOperation Bunyan-um-Marsoos shattered India\u2019s pride.<\/p>\n

It was a grave miscalculation by Narendra Modi to think he could suppress Pakistan through false-flag operations,\u201d she stated, adding that the operation bolstered national morale and showcased Pakistan as a resilient power.<\/p>\n

Scholar Ms. Naila Altaf said Pakistan\u2019s victory in the 2025 Marka-e-Haq conflict demonstrated military superiority and earned greater global recognition. \u201cFollowing its decisive victory in the four-day conflict, Pakistan has emerged as a global proponent of peace,\u201d she said, noting that the May 2025 confrontation proved the unresolved Kashmir dispute remains the root cause of Pakistan-India tensions.<\/p>\n

Ms. Soma Aslam, a scholar on Kashmir, said the Indian \u2018Instrument of Accession\u2019 is fraudulent and never accepted by Kashmiris. She noted that India\u2019s 2025 false-flag operation in Pahalgam backfired by bringing the Kashmir issue back into the global spotlight.<\/p>\n

Senior journalist Ashraf Wani said India faced extreme embarrassment after its defeat during Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos, while Pakistan\u2019s global standing continues to strengthen daily. \u201cPakistan is now increasingly viewed as a peacemaker in resolving global conflicts,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n

Nabi Baig, Chairman of the Forum, said the hearts of Kashmiris beat in unison with Pakistan. \u201cIndia will ultimately have to yield to the unwavering resolve of the Kashmiri people and grant them their rightful accession to Pakistan,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Activist Raiees Mir said no amount of atrocity can suppress the spirit of Kashmiris. \u201cMarka-e-Haq infused fresh energy and renewed determination into Kashmiris\u2019 struggle for freedom,\u201d he stated, adding that Pakistan\u2019s triumph shattered India\u2019s arrogance and proved Pakistan can neither be intimidated nor subdued.<\/p>\n

Speakers maintained that a strong, prosperous Pakistan is must for Kashmir\u2019s freedom from Indian occupation, and Kashmiris remain deeply grateful for Pakistan\u2019s unwavering political, diplomatic, and moral support to their just struggle. They said the Marka-e-Haq remains a source of pride & joy for both Pakistanis & Kashmiris.<\/p>\n
