According to Kashmir Media Service, Congress IIOJK working president Raman Bhalla talking to the media persons in Jammu said people are facing unprecedented hardships due to administrative failure and \u201canti-people policies.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe absence of full statehood has left citizens disconnected from decision-making,\u201d he told reporters. He said that unemployment among educated youth has reached alarming levels while inflation and rising prices have hit middle-class and poor families hard. Bhalla said setbacks in the private sector and tourism have worsened the economic situation, with daily wagers and contractual employees protesting for regularization and pending wages.<\/p>\n

Criticizing civic infrastructure, he cited damaged roads, poor sanitation, water shortage, and unscheduled power cuts in urban and rural areas.
