New Delhi: In India, a new digital movement called the \u201cCockroach Janata Party\u201d has openly challenged the BJP\u2019s propaganda ecosystem and right-wing narrative machinery, accusing it of spreading fake narratives to silence criticism and dissenting voices.<\/p>\n
According to Kashmir Media Service, a viral 2 minute 38 second video posted on 23 May 2026 by \u201cOfficial Peeing Human\u201d received nearly 493K views and 2.7K reactions. The video alleged that BJP supporters and right-wing circles rapidly spread propaganda claiming the Cockroach Janata Party was \u201cforeign-funded\u201d and \u201canti-national.\u201d<\/p>\n
It said the narrative falsely alleged that 50% of the movement\u2019s audience belonged to Pakistan while only 9% came from India. The speaker rejected the accusations and argued that BJP\u2019s ecosystem routinely labels every criticism, protest, or movement as a foreign conspiracy.<\/p>\n
The video highlighted how Shaheen Bagh women protesting for months in Delhi\u2019s freezing cold were mocked as people protesting for \u201c500 rupees and biryani.\u201d It stated that the year-long farmers\u2019 protest was branded a \u201cKhalistani conspiracy\u201d despite being a mass public movement.<\/p>\n
Internationally recognized environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk was also labeled a \u201cChinese-Pakistani agent,\u201d while workers in Noida demanding minimum wages were accused by UP\u2019s Labour Minister of spreading \u201cPakistani propaganda.\u201d<\/p>\n
The speaker argued that fake and manufactured propaganda spreads through social media, WhatsApp networks, and sections of mainstream media, creating confusion among ordinary Indians about what is true and what is false.<\/p>\n
The movement claimed that politically aware Indians have now understood this alleged \u201cBJP toolkit\u201d of disinformation and manufactured narratives. It further claimed that official platform insights showed 90% of the Cockroach Janata Party\u2019s followers are Indians living inside India.<\/p>\n
