New Delhi, May 24 (KMS): A report based on findings of multiple global media outlets including BCC has highlighted growing strain in US\u2013India relations and exposed the limited effectiveness of platforms like Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD) amid New Delhi\u2019s diplomatic weaknesses and regional complexities.<\/p>\n
According to Kashmir Media Service, the report noted that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio\u2019s visit to India comes at a time when bilateral relations have remained strained over the past year.<\/p>\n
The tensions include US sanctions on Indian oil imports from Russia and concerns over US\u2013Pakistan relations. The report added that a reduced US focus on countering China has also increased strategic concerns in New Delhi. The visit is being seen as a \u201crepair effort\u201d to stabilize US\u2013India relations and restore trust.
