Her family called the 108 ambulance service, which reached Dharamkund Zero Point on Ramban-Gool Highway but refused to proceed further to Tangar despite repeated pleas.<\/p>\n<p>Left with no option, the woman and her attendants walked the difficult stretch. She was later shifted to Ramban District Hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Social activist Saddam Bali had filed a complaint demanding action against the ambulance staff and measures to prevent such incidents.<\/p>\n<p>The incident exposes the grim healthcare reality in IIOJK, where even life-saving services fail the most vulnerable in their hour of need.
