Jammu:\u00a0 The Indian forces\u2019 massive cordon and search operation in the Dori Maal forest area of Gambhir Mughalan in Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir entered its 20th consecutive day on Thursday, with fresh heavy explosions and intense gunfire once again reverberating across the dense forest region.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, despite deploying thousands of troops, war helicopters, drones, sniffer dogs and para commandos since May 23, the Indian Army along with paramilitary forces and so-called Village Defence Guards has failed to achieve any significant success even after nearly three weeks of relentless military action.<\/p>\n

The forces have further tightened the cordon around the forest zone and intensified extensive search operations, turning the entire area into a virtual war zone.<\/p>\n

Repeated door-to-door searches and heavy troop movement have completely disrupted normal life, leaving local residents in a state of constant fear, uncertainty and severe hardship.<\/p>\n

The prolonged military siege once again exposes the limitations of India\u2019s much-hyped anti-resistance operations and its increasing reliance on brute force to suppress the Kashmiri people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
