Jammu: The ongoing massive cordon and search operation, named \u2018Operation Sheruwali\u2019, has entered its 37th day in Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian forces, including the Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force, elite commandos and police, are continuing extensive search and cordon operations in the forested and mountainous terrain of Dorimal-Gambir Mughlan and Manjakote areas of Rajouri district.<\/p>\n

Indian Army\u2019s Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General N.S. Raja Subramani visited Rajouri and Poonch areas, where he interacted with troops and field commanders and strengthened the forces\u2019 operations in the region.<\/p>\n

Earlier, several Indian Army officers, including General Officer Commanding of White Knight Corps Lt Gen P.K. Mishra, visited Romeo Force headquarters in Rajouri district and reviewed the ongoing military operations at various places, including Dorimal and Gambhir Mughlan areas.<\/p>\n

Indian officials claimed the operation is being carried out with caution due to difficult topography and weather conditions in the region.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the area remains fully controlled and cordoned off by Indian forces, where no media is allowed and locals are being interrogated in their homes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
