They demanded a fair inquiry and urged authorities to take appropriate legal action if any violation of law is established.<\/p>\n<p>Women carrying placards and banners at the protest expressed concern that comments targeting religious figures and sacred texts could damage communal harmony. The memorandum stated that offensive remarks against any religion or revered figures can increase tensions between communities.<\/p>\n<p>District officials received the memorandum and assured it would be forwarded to the state government.
