Bhat was detained by District Magistrate Srinagar on October 5, 2024, and Naikoo by District Magistrate Kupwara on July 14, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Despite having no evidence against the duo were not released citing that there was no ground to interfere with the detention orders against the two and dismissed their petitions.
