Shaheen and the late Advocate Bilal Ahmad Bhat in connection with a false case registered at Maisuma Police Station more than 16 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>According to Kashmir Media Service, the charge-sheet was filed before the designated National Investigation Agency (NIA) Court in Srinagar in connection with an FIR registered on March 29, 2010.
