However, data shows the claim is hollow. NFHS-5 reports over 35% of children under five in India are stunted and 19% wasted, reflecting chronic malnutrition.<\/p>\n

Farmer suicides remain high amid debt and corporate exploitation, while the government prioritizes exports over domestic food sovereignty.
