Black laws effectively grant Indian forces sweeping powers to arrest, detain and kill Kashmiris without trial, while also allowing them to confiscate properties with complete impunity.<\/p>\n<p>Since the abrogation of the special status of occupied Kashmir in August 2019, the BJP-led Hindutva regime has intensified its campaign to dispossess Kashmiris of their homes and lands.<\/p>\n<p>The move is aimed at harassing and economically weakening the people of occupied Kashmir.
