He has called on Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar to resign from his position and become a \u201cgovernment witness\u201d (approver).<\/p>\n<p>In a podcast, Rahul Gandhi remarked that individuals affiliated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had taken control of the country\u2019s institutions.
