Yasin Malik condemns restrictions by IOK authorities

Srinagar, May 22 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik has condemned restrictions on the programme to commemorate the anniversaries of prominent liberation leaders, Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq and Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone.

Muhammad Yasin Malik in a statement issued in Srinagar said, “The ban on mourning and condolence speaks volumes about their so-called democracy.”

He said the co-called rulers have no right to claim themselves as democrats.

Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement in a statement said that India was using its electronic and print media to malign the Hurriyet leadership. JKMM leader Maulvi Bashir Irfani said that New Delhi would fail in its designs.
