Srinagar, June 10 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian Army personnel damaged several residential houses in a Shopian village, today.

Local told mediamen that Indian Army vehicles came under stone pelting as they were passing through Narpora village of Shopian district. They said that soon after few stones were hurled towards their vehicles by some youth, army personnel damaged many residential houses.

“Army damaged several residential houses by smashing windows and doors,” said a resident of Narpora. He said that the army soldiers also smashed windowpanes by pelting stones on the residential houses.

The locals said that the army personnel also arrested a youth namely Ubaid Nazir in the area.
