The leaders in their statements said that they shared joyful moments with Pakistanis. Mirwaiz Umar Farooq addressed a large number of youth, who thronged his Nigeen residence in Srinagar late night. Srinagar, June 19 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, 14-year-old Ahsan Mushtaq, killed by Indian troops at Arwani in Islamabad on Friday was the only son of Mushtaq Ahmed Wani.

The loss of his only son has deprived Mushtaq Wani even of the strength to stand on his legs. He keeps weeping, with everyone around failing to console him.

Srinagar, June 19 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, APHC General Secretary and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) Shabbir Ahmad Shah has urged the Government of Pakistan to take the Kashmir dispute to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

Shabbir Ahmad Shah in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Pakistan being a sovereign country and a stakeholder of Kashmir dispute had every right to refer to the international court. “Just as India took the case of Kulbushan Jadav to ICJ, Pakistan should follow the suit,” he said. »

Srinagar, June 19 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has said that brother and nephew of party Chairman Shabbir Ahmad Shah were targeted by Indian forces’ personnel with pellets near Bijbehara.

Syed Shah, who is brother of Shabbir Shah, and his son, Arshad Shah were targeted by police and paramilitary forces.

They fired several rounds of pellets on their vehicle while they were on way to Srinagar to meet Shabbir Shah. They were later taken to hospital for treatment .

Srinagar, June 19 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Ummat-e-Islami, Qazi Yasir led a protest rally in Shopian against a spree of civilian killing unleashed by Indian troops in the territory.

The rally, taken out from Jamia Masjid of Shopian, was joined by hundreds of people who raised pro-freedom slogans. Denouncing the killing spree, he said that India had declared a war against every Kashmiri, adding that such killings would lead to a drastic reaction. He said it is a duty of every Kashmiri to remember the prisoners and their families on Eid. Qazi Yasir also demanded the immediate release of political prisoners. »

Srinagar, June 19 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, on Sunday when Pakistan won ICC Champions Trophy after cutting India down to size by whopping 180 runs at the Oval in London, senior resistance leader, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq was under house arrest.

Three days back the Mirwaiz had tweeted wishing “best of luck” to Pakistan. “As we were finishing taraweeh, could hear the fire crackers bursting, well played team #Paksitan. Best of luck for the finals!”, Mirwaiz wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter. That was when Pakistan won the semi-finals. »
