Srinagar, June 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops, in their fresh act of state terrorism, martyred two more Kashmiri youth in Baramulla district, today.

The troops killed the youth identified as Gulzar Ahmed and Basit Ahmed during a siege and search operation in Rafiabad area of the district.

People staged forceful demonstrations in Hajin area of Bandipora district forcing Indian troops to call off a military operation. Youth took to streets and pelted stones on the forces’ personnel. The troops lobbed teargas shells on the protesters, triggering clashes. »

Srinagar, June 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the High Court Bar Association (HCBA) has said that India is using its National Investigation Agency (NIA) against pro-freedom leadership including HCBA member Advocate Shahid-ul-Islam while flouting NIA’s own rules and regulations.

The Bar Association in a statement issued after its executive body meeting in Srinagar said that Indian government while violating the Section 6 of the National Agency Investigation Act had bypassed the puppet regime and exercised suo motu powers by directing the NIA to frame cases against the pro-freedom leaders and activists. »

United Nations, June 21 (KMS): The UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has said that he is engaged in bringing about a dialogue between India and Pakistan to resolve the Kashmir dispute through his meetings with the prime ministers of the two countries.

Guterres said this in New York while responding to a question whether he is engaged in bringing about a dialogue between India and Pakistan to resolve the Kashmir dispute. He said, “Why do you think I met three times the Prime Minister of Pakistan (Nawaz Sharif) and two times the Prime Minister of India (Narendra Modi). Srinagar, June 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu Bar Association has issued show cause notice to a lawyer for terming Pakistan’s victory against India in the ICC Champions Trophy final as a ‘surgical strike’.

Soon after the final of the Champions Trophy between Pakistan and India ended in a humiliating defeat for India on Sunday, the lawyer, Advocate Altaf Hussain Janjua, wrote on his Facebook page: “It is surgical strike”. »
