Srinagar, June 29 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, people staged forceful demonstrations in Khrew area of Pulwama district, this evening, after a speedy vehicle of Indian Army deliberately hit and injured an elderly person.
An elderly man sustained injuries after being hit by an army vehicle belonging to 50 Rashtriya Rifles in Sharshaki area of Khrew.
People took to streets and staged forceful protests against the incident. The Army personnel resorted to aerial firing to disperse protesters.
