Srinagar, July 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown was observed in Pulwama town, today, to protest against the use of brute force on protesters by Indian troops.
A youth was hit by a bullet after the troops of Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) opened fire to disperse protesters in the town, yesterday.
Obaid Ahmad was hit in his left leg when the troops resorted to indiscriminate firing on the protesters.
All shops and other business establishments remained closed in the town while transport was off the road, today.
Meanwhile, the puppet authorities continued to impose curfew-like restrictions in Srinagar on the third consecutive day, today, to prevent people from staging demonstrations against the ongoing killing spree by Indian forces in the occupied territory.
