New Delhi Sep 27 (KMS): A Delhi court today extended the judicial custody of senior APHC leader Shabbir Ahmad Shah till October 13.

Shabbir Ahmad Shah was arrested from Srinagar by the Indian agency Enforcement Directorate on July 26, a day after several Hurriyat leaders were taken into custody by the Indian National Investigating Agency in a false case.

The Additional Sessions Judge Sidharth Sharma also gave copies of the final report (charge sheet) to Shabbir Ahmad Shah and a Kashmiri businessman Mohammed Alsam Wani and set the next date of hearing on October 13.

Meanwhile, Delhi court also extends custody of seven Hurriyat leaders till October 17 including Altaf Ahmad Shah, Ayaz Muhammad Akbar, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Shahid-ul-Islam, Farooq Ahmad Dar, Raja Mehrajuddin Kalwal, and Peer Saifullah.
