Srinagar, October 5 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders; Mukhtar Ahmad Waza and Jahangir Ghani Butt have called for the settlement of Kashmir dispute through result-oriented talks among all stakeholders including the genuine leadership of Kashmiri people.

The leaders in their party meetings in Srinagar denounced the cordon and search operations and raids on the houses of people, resistance leaders and activists. They asked for settlement of the Kashmir dispute in the interest of lives of millions of people in South Asia.

They said that Indian parties were exploiting sentiments of innocent people to retain and grab power and cautioned people about their deceit and hypocrisy.

The leaders while appealed to the International Committee of Red Cross, Amnesty International, and other global human rights watchdogs to use their influence for the immediate release of all detainees.

The leaders paid tributes to political prisoners lodged in different jails of Jammu and Kashmir and in India.
