Srinagar, October 12 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the puppet authorities have slapped the All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, with draconian law, Public Safety Act (PSA), for third time and shifted him from Sopore police station to Kathua Jail in Jammu.

Despite the release orders by the High Court of the territory, the authorities have slapped the 70-year-old Hurriyat leader with another PSA.

He was arrested from the graveyard of Sopore town on February 15 when he had gone there to pay tributes to Ghulam Mohammad Bulla, who was killed by Indian troops in custody.
