Srinagar, October 17 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a delegation of Hurriyat leaders comprising Shabbir Ahmad Dar, Muhammad Ahsan Untoo and Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi visited Pulwama and Shopian to pay glowing tributes to two youth, Waseem Ahmad Shah and Naseer Ahmad Mir, who were martyred by Indian troops at Litter in Pulwama on Saturday.

The leaders on the occasion said that the sacrifices offered by the Kashmiri martyrs would not be allowed to go waste and their mission would be taken into its logical conclusion at all costs. They advised India to understand that this caravan of martyrs would not stop till the achievement of complete freedom its bondage.

On this occasion, locals informed the leaders that Indian forces had used chemical weapons against the youth which burnt their bodies.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement, Zafar Akbar Butt, in a statement in Srinagar paid tributes to scholar Showkat Ahmad Falahi over his demise. A JKSM delegation comprising Adnan Salfi, Shahzad Ahmad, Ishaq Ahmad and Farooq Ahmad participated in his funeral prayers and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.

On the other hand, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir People’s Political Front, Muhammad Musaddiq Aadil, in a statement condemned the puppet authorities for slapping the draconian law, Public Safety Act, on Hurriyat leader, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, for third time and senior party leader, Muhammed Afzal Rafiabadi, for the second time and their detention in Kathua and Kot Bhalwal jails in Jammu.
