Srinagar, October 25 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the police have booked a man under draconian law, Public Safety Act (PSA), of Ganderbal and shifted him to Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu.

The police had last week arrested Mohammad Shafi Khan, a resident of Arhama area of Ganderbal, on charges of allegedly tying a policeman to a chair in the district after the cop clicked a woman by his cell phone.

A video had surfaced on the social media last week in which a woman was seen tying a cop to a chair after he took her pictures in his mobile phone. The policeman, according to eye witnesses, denied having clicked any picture at first.

“But when his mobile was checked photos of the woman were found,” locals had told media.
