Srinagar, October 30 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Kashmir Bar Association has expressed serious concern over the promulgation of dictatorial ordinance promulgated by the puppet authorities that makes persons and organisations calling for shutdowns, demonstrations or other forms of protest liable for imprisonment and fine.

The Bar association in a statement issued in Srinagar described the so-called Public Property Ordinance as an attack on the fundamental right of speech, freedom of expression and denial of the right to take out any procession against suppression and oppression by the Indian government and its agencies. »

Srinagar, October 30 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the patron of Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement (JKMM), Farida Behenji has said that India has occupied Kashmir forcibly and against the will of Kashmiri people.

Farida Behenji in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the Indian forces had broken all the records of human rights violations in the territory. She said that actually India had declared a war against the people of Kashmir. She said that India claimed to be largest democracy but in fact it had denied the fundamental democratic right to the people of Kashmir. »

Srinagar, October 30 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, member of the so-called Kashmir Assembly, Engineer Abdur Rasheed has urged BJP and Congress not to use Kashmir dispute for their vote politics.

Er Rasheed addressing a public gathering at Sochalyari in Handwara asked both the parties to clear their confusions and take a realistic stand for the durable settlement of the seventy years old dispute.

He said, “It is strange that both the main parties are exposing themselves by not speaking the truth and distorting the historic facts. While P Chidambaram must know that autonomy has no takers, BJP should explain, if Sang Parivar is not even in favour of restoring 1953 position, what the purpose of appointing interlocutor is. Unless both the parties do not stop blackmailing each other using the sufferings of Kashmiri’s as a tool to do so, nothing is going to compel Kashmiris to soften their justified stand.” »
