Jeddah, November 10 (KMS): The Secretary General of Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Dr Yousef Ahmad Al-Othaimeen, has reiterated OIC’s full support to the people of Kashmir in their just struggle for securing their right to self-determination.

Dr Yousef Ahmad Al-Othaimeen reaffirmed the support during a seminar and photo exhibition on Kashmir jointly organized at the OIC Secretariat by the Pakistan Consulate in Jeddah and the OIC. He called upon the Indian government to stop use of force against peaceful protesters in occupied Kashmir. »

Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the puppet authorities arrested the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, in Islamabad town.

The JKPL spokesman in a statement said that the police took Mukhtar Ahmed Waza into custody and lodged him in Sherbagh police station in the town.

Dr Al-Othaimeen reiterates OIC’s support to Kashmiris

Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, has said that Jammu and Kashmir was naturally a part of Pakistan but was not allowed to become so.

Syed Ali Gilani said this while addressing a seminar organized in Srinagar by Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir to commemorate the birth anniversary of great philosopher and poet Dr Allama Muhammad Iqbal. He rued that the past leaders of Jammu and Kashmir could not foresee the consequences of Jammu and Kashmir becoming part of India. He said that whatever was happening now in the occupied territory was because of this unnatural alliance of Muslim Kashmir with Hindu Rashtra. »

Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, forceful demonstrations erupted in Hajin area of Bandipora district, today, after Indian troops launched a siege and search operation.

People took to the streets soon after the troops cordoned off the Banger Mohalla area of Hajin and started searches.

The troops fired teargas shells to disperse the protesters, triggering clashes in the area.

‘Jammu and Kashmir is natural part of Pakistan’

Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, has said that New Delhi is instilling fear among the Kashmiri people in a bid to break their resolve towards ongoing freedom movement.

Syed Ali Gilani was addressing a seminar organized by his party, Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir, at his Hyderpora residence in Srinagar to commemorate the birth anniversary of great poet and philosopher, Dr Allama Muhammad Iqbal. He said that the recent raids by India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) were used to let the Kashmiris be gripped by fear. He said that the majority of Kashmiri leaders, including those arrested by the NIA, was languishing in jails without any fault. »
