Srinagar, November 12 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a seminar, “Issues to Ummah and their solution” was held today in Islamabad town of South Kashmir.

Religious scholar and the Chairman of Ummat-e-Islami, Qazi Ahmad Yasir chaired the seminar while various scholars including Professor Hameed Nayeemi, Engineer Umar Attari, Dr Nisar Ahmed Mubarki and Irshad Ahmed Attari attended it.

The speakers threw light on the issues faced by the Muslims globally and said that the best way to resolve the issues to avoid infighting between various schools of thought.

Qazi Yasir in his speech said the primary issue the Muslims worldwide face is that they are scattered in groups. He said there is a dire need for Muslims worldwide to unite and gather under a single banner. “This stage I use is not a blessing, but it is a responsibility. Everyone who preaches on this stage should know that this stage is not a blessing, but a responsibility,” he added.

Professor Hameed Nayeemi in his speech laid emphasis on the unity as need of the hour.

Engineer Umar Attari also said that the Ummah needs unity.

Dr. Mubarki and Irshad Attari also highlighted the importance of unity among Kashmiri Muslims.

The seminar was organized by Islamic Research Institute and hundreds of people participated in it.
