Indian troops martyr a B.Tech student

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, thousands of people participated in the funerals of two martyred youth, Ashiq Ahmed Butt and Tayyeb Majeed Mir in their hometowns of Pattan and Brath Kalan Baramulla district, today.

The youth were killed by Indian troops during a fake encounter, last evening. They were laid to rest amid anti-India and pro-freedom slogans. Complete shutdown was observed in many areas of the district to mourn the killing of the youth.

The troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred a B.Tech student Muzamil Ahmed during a cordon and search operation in Qazigund area of Kulgam district, today. People took to the streets in the area and staged forceful demonstrations against the killings. An Indian soldier was also killed in an attack in the same area. The troops have also launched a cordon and search operation in Tral area of Pulwama district. The puppet authorities suspended mobile and internet services in Islamabad, Kulgam and Pulwama districts to prevent anti-India protests. »

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yasin Malik has said that pro-India politicians are responsible for all the miseries faced by Kashmiri people.

Muhammad Yasin Malik while addressing a gathering at shrine of Makhdoom Sahib in Srinagar, today, said that these politicians and their parties were used for politics of deception by their Indian masters. »

Palhalan, Bratkalan, Sopore shut to mourn killings

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops, in their fresh act of state terrorism, martyred two more Kashmiri youth in Kulgam district, today.

The troops killed the youth during a violent crackdown operation at Kund in Qazigund area of the district. People took to the streets and staged forceful demonstrations against the stepped up Indian state terrorism.

Meanwhile, another crackdown operation is going on at Lam in Tral area of Pulwama district. The authorities have suspended mobile and internet services in Islamabad, Kulgam and Pulwama districts. »

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a court in Handwara has sent illegally detained senior APHC leader and Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League, Masarrat Aalam Butt on a two-day police remand.

Indian police had rearrested Masarrat Aalam Butt from the premises of Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu a few days back after the High Court of the occupied territory quashed his detention under black law, Public Safety Act. He was shifted to Handwara police station. »

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Hurriyat forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, took a jibe at the puppet Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, over her remarks against the Kashmiri people.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the Kashmiri people were not beggars and that they didn’t need doles from the Government of India. »

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has said that all pro-India local political parties and their leaders are opportunists and are hand in-glove with killers.

The APHC in a statement issued in Srinagar termed the remarks of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Vice President, Sartaj Madni, as most ridiculous, pathetic and unrealistic. Madni had said that Hurriyat leaders should talk if they feel pain of Kashmiris. »

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Muslim Deeni Mahaz, Dr Muhammad Qasim Fakhtoo, has said that by terming Kashmir as a national issue India is trying to negate the historical context of the Partition Plan.

Dr Muhammad Qasim Fakhtoo in a statement issued in Srinagar said, “Indian rulers and media are not only misleading their own people by terming Kashmir imbroglio as a national issue but are degrading their standing on the international standards as well.” »

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): An Indian court has ordered filing of FIR against pro-India National Conference President, Farooq Abdullah, on charges of “treason”.

The orders were passed by a court in Bihar after a lawyer approached the court over Farooq Abdullah’s remarks over Azad Kashmir. »

Srinagar, November 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party has reiterated that peace and stability in South Asia will remain a distant dream unless the Kashmir dispute is resolved in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

A DFP spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar, today, said aggression and repression can never resolve issues but only aggravate them. The statement maintained that killing was no solution as was evident from huge participation of people in martyrs’ funerals. »

Brussels, November 14 (KMS): A three-member team of Jammu and Kashmir Self-Determination Movement International (JKSDMI) visited the European Parliament and met members of the European Parliament (MEPs), especially friends associated with Kashmir Group and leaders from various parliamentary groups.

Wajid Khan, MEP, welcomed the team and his office provided all the facilities during the visit and arranged various meetings. »
