Srinagar, November 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM) has denounced continued illegal house detention of its Chairman, Zafar Akbar Butt.

A JKSM spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the puppet administration had imposed curbs on all religious, social and political activities of Zafar Akbar Butt. He said that the genuine voice of people of Kashmir and leaders could not be suppressed through such cheap tactics. He added that the freedom struggle would be taken to its logical end.

Meanwhile, JKSM leaders Farooq Ahmed, Shabbir Ahmed, Adnan Salfi Mudasir addressed the people after Friday prayers in south and north Kashmir and protested against the human rights violations being perpetrated by Indian troops in occupied Kashmir.
