Srinagar, November 25 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) has strongly condemned the continued illegal detention of party Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, describing it as frustration of the puppet authorities.

The JKPL spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Mukhtar Waza was not being provided medical facility due to which his health was deteriorating with each passing day. He said that the family members and other relatives were not being allowed to meet the detained leader in Sher Garhi police station in Islamabad town which was violation of human rights. He demanded immediate release of the party Chairman.

The spokesman said that the Indian state terrorism could not weaken the Kashmiris’ freedom sentiment and they would take the ongoing liberation struggle to its logical conclusion at all costs.
